Falagga (working title) is published by KOOQIE P.C. By installing or playing it you accept these terms.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control. The game, its code, art, and sound remain ours or our licensors’. Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
Price
The game is free and has no in-app purchases or ads.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is. We try to keep it working but do not promise it will be free of bugs or always available. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the game. We remain liable where the law does not allow us to exclude liability.
Privacy
See the privacy policy. The game collects no personal data.
Law and changes
Greek law applies, without removing protections you have under the law of your country of residence. We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version.
